Our approach
We aim to follow widely used accessibility practices, including keyboard access, readable contrast, clear headings, meaningful labels, text alternatives, and layouts that work at different screen sizes and zoom levels.
Known limits
Third-party videos, comments, booking pages, and older learning material may not meet the same standard. We will improve issues we can control and encourage providers to make their services accessible.
Tell us what is not working
If you cannot access part of the site, tell us the page, the problem, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format you need. We will make a reasonable effort to help and improve the experience.
